ProCheck Damp & Timber was founded with a clear purpose: to offer homeowners and property professionals independent, honest advice when it comes to diagnosing damp, timber decay, mould and ventilation problems.
After over 10 years in the property and surveying industry, we saw a growing need for qualified, impartial assessments — without the pressure or conflict of interest that often comes with sales-driven companies. Too often, people are sold expensive treatments without a proper diagnosis, or left confused by inconsistent advice.
