ProCheck Damp & Timber was founded with a clear purpose: to give homeowners and property professionals honest, evidence-based answers when it comes to damp, timber decay, mould, and ventilation problems.

After more than 10 years in the property and surveying industry, we saw a growing need for qualified assessments that put diagnosis first. Too often, people are sold expensive treatments without a proper investigation — or left confused by inconsistent advice.
